1. It is on DVD
should be able to get it anywhere including Amazon.

And yes, it is a very good movie.

3. I think it was one of the best directed films ever. Tops "Rear Window"
and 'Psycho' in my mind.

6. The DVD is cool.
It has a fake commentary running all the way through it, written by the Coens and performed by one of their friends that is really funny.

And yeah, it is one hell of an impressive debut. One of those sadly rare mystery\thrillers where all of the plot twists and character actions make sense.

2. Yes. On my top 10 list.
I saw it in the theater when it came out and was blown away. Been a Coen Brothers fan ever since.

M. Emmett Walsh as the PI is one of the best movie characters ever:

"So I says 'Clayton, I hope your wife really loves yew - 'cause for the next six weeks you can't even wipe y'own ass! That's the test, innit? The test of true love?" :rofl:

4. Not even my favorite Coen Bros movie.
That belongs to "The Man Who Wasn't There", which is my pick for most underrated film of all time. :-)
