There is absolutely nothing that we could write about the above sculpture, artist Daniel Edwards' "Monument to Pro-Life: The Birth of Sean Preston," that could possibly top the prose in this section of the press release:

"Monument to Pro-Life: The Birth of Sean Preston," believed Pro-Life's first monument to the 'act of giving birth,' is purportedly an idealized depiction of Britney in delivery. Natural aspects of Spears' pregnancy, like lactiferous breasts and protruding naval, compliment a posterior view that depicts widened hips for birthing and reveals the crowning of baby Sean's head.

Click on the above image to release a spray of boiling bleach from your monitor, assuring that you'll never again have to view anything that asks you to contemplate the crowning of something from Spears' vagina.

I know I'm just an educator, but can someone please tell me what this has to do with "Pro-Life"? And what kind of life is she ready to give young Sean Preston? Didn't here and her hubby split up after the birth? Sounds like Mizz Spears should get her house in order before worrying about someone else's

26. childbirth is natural, kids have been born in taxicabs
and as pro-lifers why do they shy away from the miracle of birth. If you read the description that is what is going on at the business end. Sean's head is showing.

Personally I have no problem with a woman in labour as the subject of a sculpture but I am disturbed by a society that says it is glorifying birth on the one hand and shys away from public display of that sculpture in the round. It is dishonest to show that sculpture from the three rather coy angles that are shown in the newspaper report.

Let's see Britney's vulva and Sean's head. Is that too much to ask ?

It also doesn't account for the fact that she had a C-Section with Sean.
