Can someone instruct me how to train myself to have only "hot" dreams?
Because I keep trying, and last night's efforts resulted in dreams about grocery shopping and clubbing vampire-like seals with my purse. I woke up feeling very stressed-out.

36. I personally tend to have more erotic dreams when I abstain
or repress. I think it causes my subconscious to need to overcompensate.
