They are clearly in the market for sex, but they aren't old enough to consent.

3. Wouldn't plunking down the semolians constitute consent, though?
Or does the age-of-consent thing take precedence over all of that, the argument being that (like someone judged insane) the minor had no basis on which to make a rational decision?

6. Minors are "incompetent" to contract
So their contracts are "voidable"...but even if a minor could consent, no one can legally contract for an illegal purpose.

Now if this were in Nevada...

5. I *think* the way the law is between 16-17 it's Statutory Rape but 15 and
under it's child molestation. Anyways, yes it is a crime.
