I always tend to check in while I'm going thru the morning routine with kids, getting them ready for school....

and couldn't sleep. Muscle spasm in my lower back. (Okay, butt.)

Got up about 5:45 to take a Vicodin and, o' course, I had to fire up the puter. :eyes:

I was awakened by the high-pitched beeping of our automatic coffee maker, letting us know it was freshly brewed. God, I love that machine.

Sorry to hear about your back/butt. Sometimes I wish I had a stash o' Vicodin. I love that stuff. :hug:

Get up from the computer once and a while and walk around a bit, I'm sure that will help.

It was good to get a bit of exercise, but my back and hip are all tweaked, too. Ugh.
