2. Thanks
Apparently you are the only one who cares about puppies.

I'll try to post there as well.

5. I can't imagine that they even make good bread. Why mill them?

Of course, I know what they really are. I just had to take the joke road.

6. I'm glad to see this. A good friend of
mine found what she thought was a reputable pomeranian breeder on the internet and was suckered into buying two puppies for over $2000 each. One was dead within a month. The other had a variety of maladies and died after nine months.

The guy she bought the dogs from is now awaiting trial in Orange County, CA on 50 counts of animal abuse and neglect after police found dozens of sick dogs in his attic and several dead ones in his fridge.

Puppy mills should be put out of business everywhere.

8. It's so peculiar that the Amish are among the biggest offenders
when it comes to running puppy mills. Lancaster County, in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch (Amish) country, is the biggest county for puppy mills in the entire country. They treat the animals like livestock. It's awful.

9. I kid you not...
I took a ride to Amish Country recently, and I saw a huge billboard proudly proclaiming Lancaster County as "Puppy Mill Capital of the U.S.". It was quite revolting.
