You love Prog Rock like I do? I have the ULTIMATE Prog Rock site

They have just about everything Prog Rock related on this site including little MP3 applets of a few selected songs you can listen to while reading reviews of the releases from all your favorite prog rock groups (right now I'm listening to "Starship Trooper" by Yes and I Know I'm gonna repeat it again before I go on to the next Yes song).

Also include are a slew of "Top 100" by the various genres of Prog Rock Music!

I know that site. When I first found it you could download entire songs-- I snarfed an MP3 of "Close to the Edge," all 20-odd minutes of it, and a couple other big hits. (Now they offer streaming audio instead of downloads, unfortunately.)

Even though I think of myself as a prog enthusiast, I haven't participated. I detect an obtuseness about the thought processes of this site's contributors which is, regrettably, all too common among the prog community. (And yeah, I probably was just as blinkered back in the day.)

Meanwhile, I'm gonna go see Birdsongs of the Mesozoic tonight!
