My cat pulled the fire alarm at the place I'm staying at

Jesus H. Christ, it ain't bad enough that the VISTA site we're supposed to work at can't find us a permanent house so they stick us in low income senior housing, but my cat got obsessed with the switch on the wall that signals the fire and police departments for assistance, and I have cops and firefighters at my door at 6 am today. For fuck's sake! Kill me now!

Thank christ I got an interview Monday for a new site in Concord dealing with the Gov's wife (dems) and living on an organic farm owned by a state legislator who stumped for Kucinich.

Saddest thing of all, I'm at the frigging library and can't sit comatose all day on DU to get any responses or find out what the hell is going on out there in the world of you all crazy fucks.

Last, but not least, we had dinner with the ex. director of job we're supposed to do here, but won't be because we're leaving. We nearly shit our pants when he and his wife sang grace. I had heartburn all night and needed to pop a Prilosec.
