I just got kicked out of my bar

and told i wasn't allowed back :(

i only had 3 problems with them so far. the first time was that, about over a month ago, the bartender ( who was the owner's daughter) completely ignore me for hours on, while i stood there waiting for a new beer. i started getting pissed off, so i got mad, and was like "dude, where the fuck is my beer!?!?!" finally, she came over to me and started shit, i was mad cuz she was paying me no mind and she was mad cuz i was getting pissed off. we argued a minute, then she said she was getting me my beer and never got it.

the following time i saw her, i forgave her and didn't give her shit for anything. she got me everything i wanted and i gave her a good tip. she was "out of her way" being nice to me. the issue was resolved.

i go in there at least once or twice a week JUST FOR FOOD! and leave a good tip.

i go in on Saturday nights to hang out, drink, and do karaoke.

one night i was in there on a Tuesday night. i knew i'd get paid the next day. i didn't really want to get drunk, just wanted to get something to eat and hang out. their kitchen was dowm for renovations, so the bartender said i could go get some food and bring it back to eat. so i did. i came back, was hanging out with some other "regulars", and got a pitcher of beer. i knew i only had about $5 on me in cash, and about $5 on my debit card until i got paid. i figured since there was nothing else to do, i'd hang out with some old friends of mine and just drink a pitcher of beer. so i got one, but when the bartender ran my debit card, it came up as denied. a pitcher is only $4.50, i knew i had at least $5 on my card, so i asked her to use that. it got denied. i didn't understand why? it had over $5 on it. so i paid her with the rest of my cash. then i was like, so maybe it's less than $5 on my card. i'll try 3. i do get paid tomorrow :shrug: before i even ORDERED my drink, i ASKED her to run my card through to make sure it went through. it still came up 'denied'. so i'm like WTF?!? i know the money is on there! so i'm like fuck this then, i'm just going home.

3 days later, i check my debit card account. it shows $3 being deducted from my debit card, from that company. it's deducted, but not post yet. so i printed it out, to take it to the bar and show them, NOT because the amount of money, but because of the fact that it was deducted from my account and i got nothing from it.

i take in the next day and show it to the same person who was the bartender the last time i was there. i explain to her, this is my account receipt and it SHOWS being deducted from my account. i even explained to her that i didn't care about the amount of money, but was more concerned about trying to figure out why it showed 'denied' that night, but charged to my account. she understood my curiosity, and showed it to the other bartender who takes care of the accounting/credit/debit card transactions, etc. that girl takes my number and says she will call me after she goes over the transactions that night, and will see what happened, and if they owed me the money, they'd charge it back to my account.

finally on May 30th, i look at my account and see that the $3.00 was finally "posted", meaning they finally took the money out of my account. i STILL wasn't mad about the amount, but kind of frustrated that they didn't even call me to talk about it, considering i came in ALL THE TIME for food and always left a good tip. i still let it go, figuring maybe they'll just give me something for free, or charge it back to my account, give it in cash, SOMETHING.

i went back the next day or so with my daughter for dinner, didn't even MENTION the $3.00, and even left a nice tip for the waitress.

i haven't said anything since then about the money that they took that i never got anything out of. NOTHING. still no call from the bartender who did the accounting.

so tonight, at least a week later, i went in to hang out and drink. the girl who does the 'accounting' was there. everything was fine all night, except for the fact she kept ignoring me and not refilling my beer when it was obvious i was out.....finally toward the end of the night, she was talkign shit to some other person and made a "sleeping" gesture, toward me, and then handed me my check. i did NOT hear her say it was "my" last call. then she ran my card through, handed me my tab, then the girl i was with asked her for a beer, and GOT IT. i asked her for one more, and she started going off that she already called last call and i ignored her. um, so why did she get the girl i was with a beer, and not me, at that very second? so i got PISSED. after the other issues with the people at this bar, it was once again something else. i got mad, and wondered why she got a beer and not me. then started going off that after 2 weeks, and my card being charged, that i never got a phone call that i was promised and was never offered my $3.00 back. she started yelling at me, telling me that the other bartender was supposed to offer me something for free the last time i was there for dinner with my daugher, but she didn't. ever. so i told her that, no one ever offered me anything. then the owner comes up and starts going off on me, i don't even know wtf he was saying - but that i'm not allowed back in the bar, i've caused problems the last "4 weeks" and if i'm in that bar again i will be kicked out.

UM, WHAT? so i remind him of the $3.00 i was never called about after being promised, reminded him of how i come in there at least TWICE a week for food and always leave a good tip. the only problems i've ever had there were one night with his daughter who ignored me all night, and tonight. he has the bartender give me my money back, the $3.00, then tells me to leave. i'm so mad, and sad! WTF! i am a fucking regular here and only had 2 problems, one with his bitch ass daughter who ignored me all night, and once with the girl who was supposed to call me about my money and never heard back from! other than that, i have always been respectful and left good tips. he wouldn't hear it. we argued all the way out the door, i even TOLD him NOTHING bad ever happened other than these 2 incidents which weren't even my fault, yet he insisted this was "4th" time i've had a problem with them. he would not hear me out, insisted he was right, and said i wasn't welcome back. WTF?! besides me being a regular lately, i am friends with many people in there, and i have had only TWO problems with them, which i have personally overlooked. so anyway, now i'm kicked out and not welcome back.

i am so fucking pissed off it's not funny. this place is literally in my backyard and i go in there ALL THE TIME and GIVE THEM MONEY.

fucking bullshit.

. . . I personally don't have a bar, myself, and I'm getting along okay. You'll be all right. ;) Perhaps there is another bar nearby you can frequent?

in this town, there are plenty. this is 'bar town'.

actually, there's one on the street of someone i truly love, so a friend of mine and i might go there next weekend, as i randomly stumble across the street to that truly loved someone ;)

still sad though :( it feels so offensive when you go there all the time and are always nice and leave a good tip.

I've been kicked out of bars before but not for those reasons.

Grabbing the waitress's ass? Pounding the bartender's face in? ;)

I'll give you the highlights.

-hopping a 12 foot fence to avoid paying cover
-Knocking over a huge speaker
-Running into a crowd to evade security
-Stealing a shirt to change into evade security
-Getting sloppy drunk
-Security catching up to me eventually
-Talking incoherent shit to security
-Being forced out by security
-Walking 6 miles back to the motel because my friends were still in the bar and didn't know I'd been kicked out.

It's pretty crazy but I don't feel like typing it all out.

i didn't even do all that. i got pissed one night cuz the bartender was ignoring me, then got pissed cuz they took money from my card and didn't talk to me about it, and pissed cuz tonight i got ignored AND mocked, once again.

You didn't even get to be a hell raising pain in the ass that deserves to be kicked out. I'd go back just to get the full experience.

and not leave until they call the cops. then i'll jet to the other bar :P
