PC DVD player errors
I recently installed a DVD player/burner on my computer. When I attempt to use programs to play DVD's, they respond with an error message sdaying that I need additional softward, more specifically, a DVD decoder. Iam using DivX, but it doesn't seem to be working. Thoughts?

1. Just download a decoder.
Although, your new DVD player should have come with one unless you bought one OEM. Anyhow, there are plenty on the Web for free or at a reasonable price.

2. Divx is an mpeg4 decoder, not a dvd decoder.
You'll want a program like Cyberlink's PowerDVD. That's the one I use.
