Was up all night on Friday night, now I can't get my sleep schedule back
on track

I took a short nap on Saturday, and then went to bed very early (8:30). I got up at 7:00 on Sunday, and then stayed up pretty much all day (I may have dozed off a bit during the baseball game). I went to sleep at 11:30 last night and up at 7:00 today.

I'm ready to fall over I'm so tired.

Any suggestions?

3. all night "lock-in" for the town's high school graduates
I was chair of the committee that hosts this party to keep our HS graduates safe. After graduation they arrive for an all-night, overnight party at the local YMCA: games, food, swimming, music, hypnotist, etc.... great fun, no one is out driving, no one is drinking or using drugs.

I wish we could do one for prom night as well.
