Woman: Nude Man Walking Down Street Had "Shrinkage"

In her years as a newspaper carrier, Kim Romero said she thought she had seen it all. That was until early Friday on Waynesboro’s West Main Street.

Romero, filling paper boxes at businesses along the route, said she was approached by a man who was wearing nothing but his birthday suit and a pair of socks and shoes.

“I just started laughing,” the 34-year-old Waynesboro resident said. “I just couldn’t help it.”

Romero, who delivers The News Virginian, Richmond Times-Dispatch and The Daily Progress, said she saw the man near the Wilco station and then at Kmart, at 3:45 a.m.

“I went down to the Kmart and he leaned against a tree, like he was proud of what he had,” Romero said.

“It was very warm; you’d think by looking at him it was cold out,” she joked.
