Back from Disneyland with Tavernertoddler
His birthday trip - will post some pics later.

But lil dude had an aswesome time - his favorite ride (for some reason) was the Casey Junior RR. Very bizarre - basically you wait in a LONG LONG LINE not because its especially popular, but because there's only one small train for everyone. Second fave was the chew chew train in Bugs World in the other park. He especially liked the part where Heimlich burps. He had to go on that ride 3 times.

Of course he loved the water park too, as well as the Dumbo and Sully rides.

And of course Small World. I used to hate this ride with a passion, because the song was so maddening. But in 90+ heat, its a welcome treat. AC...is there anything as decadent as central air? And you sit. And it's long. This is why the ride has lasted so long...besides it's extolling the virtues of globalization...

Showed him the Parade of Dreams, Lights and Fireworks - which he loved. He got to meet Mickey, which found him star struck. Breakfast with Goofy, also star struck, but afterwards he couldn't stop talking about them.

On the long drive back (6 hours from LA to SF) he kept saying he wanted to go to "Dizzylannn", and when I said no he'd ask mommy.
