I try to click on the ones that might interest me. However, within this thread, I only get German ads saying: "Work at home", "Be your own boss", "Make your own future." And, needless to say, I do all these things already ... :rofl:

I DID!

I contribute, and VERY generously, I might add, EVERY fund drive.....

And I would never buy anything from the Google ads.....

So, I do NOT believe that I am costing DU anything....

And it reduces the level of irritation and aggravation in my life!

Just sayin'!

Yesterday, the Lounge ads on the main page were mostly for Rabbits and Rabbit Supplies. If I had a rabbit, I could get insurance for it! Who knew? :P

when they are turned on. And so I pretend to ignore them since they make money for DU. No big deal.

But I've never clicked on one and usually scroll the window in the forums so I don't even see them.

Seems like DU makes some money if they are viewable even if you don't click. But I'm not really sure about that one but that's what I read in Skinner's donor/ad post. So, for now, they stay.

37. When I found out we could block them, I did for a brief time.
When I found out that DU would lose money by me blocking them, I turned them back on. They're really not a problem for me, so I have left them on.
