There is a crazy ass storm coming through right now!
Massive thunder and lightning striking all around, crazy rain coming down in buckets. And oh yea.....the sun just popped out in the distance.

Seriously whacky Kansas late spring/early summer weather.

1. Cute.
Pleasant Hill says that I'm in the path.

I'm not amused.

2. It seems to be passing now, but it was very heavy thunderstorm.

Kind of exciting. One of those storms that literally puts off so much electricity that you get excited.

Still raining here, but the setting sun is visible out of one window. So weird.

Good luck! My garden is loving the rain.

PS - at one point all the cars on I-35 had to pull over it was raining so hard.

4. It has that storm look outside.
You know the look of the inevitable storm passing through.

The garden will love it but I hate the flooded roads afterward. They always have a decent amount of water on them-even w/ a small storm.

5. You'll know it when it arrives.
Although, it kind of looks like it's breaking up on the radar.

It didn't last too terribly long, but be careful of a flash flood situation. It poured heavily for about 20-30 minutes, then cleared out.

3. Last week in the middle of the afternoon, it started pouring...
While the sun was out, and the clouds were spotty. It was really weird, but really cool at the same time. I'm in Oklahoma City, BTW.
