So how come Troi remains as slinky as usual? They prefect imitation chocolate? :D

3. I think the chocolate "something" she eats is Worf!
But, to answer your question, the replicator creates chocolate that is as healthy and non-fattening as broiled fish!

I am watching some of the old Next Generations, and some of the lines ( even the psychologically astute ones) that she has to say are just laughable.
