Very cool game
I ran across this somewhere last week (was it here?) and have been playing it off and on since. Fun, subtle little game and I look forward to introducing it to my niece and nephew.

I remember reading about this game years ago in Martin Gardner's column in Scientific American. But, I didn't have a board nor a computer back then.

I have won playing either black or white, on either level, so it's not an especially strong program, but it's a good introduction to the game. (There exists a winning play for white at any sized game, but the solution quickly becomes nontrivial.)

I'd like to make a 14x14 board for the game cabinet, along with the poker chips, Go and Chess sets, Scrabble, Risk, Monoploy, etc.

Wiki has a fairly good entry on the game:
