Guys — would you hug any DU guys on first meeting
without even thinking about it?

I'd hug Call Me Wesley without reservation if I were to ever meet him. But then, he's Yurpean, and the Yurpean guys who aren't gay are bi, so...

1. Not without thinking about it.
Without thinking my natural response to introduction to anybody is to shake hands. But I'd happily hug any of the chaps from here if I met them in person - or indeed any of the women whilst we're on the topic.

3. That's interesting, because as a woman I'd hug any either
male or female DUer without question. It's not like I'd be making a committment or anything so why not? But of course American men don't hug other men, although they may occasionally pat them on the ass.

Sure as HELL I would hug certain male DU'ers on first meeting!

In fact, I already have.....

When I went up north last year to meet with NVWhino and Crazy Guggenheim...

I did hug Crazy right off the bat.....

He grabbed me in a bear hug under my arms, and LIFTED me off the sidewalk, and then.....

He twirled me around in a circle for at least a minute!

It was amazing!

There are several guys on this board that I look forward to hugging, BIG TIME!

Just sayin'......

I am getting better though. I have never been one that is comfortable with people in my space. :shrug:

I won't even go to get my hair cut from a shop, I have my friend's wife do it. I hope she lives a long time. :)
