What website software would you recommend? (PC only)

Right now, I'm just using Microsoft Frontpage (no snarky comments, please), but what software do you use to build and maintain your site? If it's easy to set up a blog and/or forums using this software, that would be a plus.

For blog/forum software, you won't need a program like this since you maintain it from itself. Forum/blog software you'll find plenty.

3. What do you have in mind?

Free software, paid software? I assume you have your own website set up. If you can tell me what features (ASP, PHP) you have there I might be able to point some things out to you.
