Can someone recommend a good stretching routine?
Or a good online reference for stretching?

My lower back, neck, and shoulders are particularly in need of some work, but I really do need an overall daily regimen.

1. If you have pain or an injury, get advice from a physical therapist
I found out the neck stretches I was doing were making my injury worse and was instructed to do others that really help not to immediately resolve my pain (for that we have pills!) but to get my confortable without medication again in a few days.

2. Yoga
Easy gentle stretches. There are many books out there but I like Richard Hittleman the best. I'm not sure if he's online or not though.

4. I second the Yoga suggestion.
There are lots of VHS tapes and DVDs on yoga for beginners. It's easy to follow an instructor on the tape.
Yoga works on flexibility, balance, and strength. It's a good overall workout and should complement whatever else you are doing.
