3. In my neighborhood...
...there is actually a "Floyd's Old Time Barber Shop."

It's on Bascom Ave in Campbell, CA.

The sign is all weather-beaten, but they have a barber's pole, and it is JUST...SO...COOL to drive by it.

One of these days I'll park the car, take a photo, and post it on DU. Maybe go in and talk to "Floyd" (I seriously doubt that there is an actual "Floyd" in there, but what the hell)...

Barber poles can be Googled, and as long as the site is secure (double-click the padlock icon and inspect the Secure Certificate...don't buy from anyone using less than 256-bit encryption), that's your best bet.
