Ok How do I include a picture from my files in a post?

go to www.photobucket.com and set up an account for yourself. Don't worry, its free. Once you have an account, you can either upload pictures from your own computer, or any picture on the internets. To upload from your computer, in your photobucket account, select the 'browse' option, and it will allow you to browse your computer for the photo you want to upload. If you see a picture on the internets that you want to share, right click on it, select 'copy image location', then go to your photobucket account, and select the 'url' option, and paste your image location. That image will be uploaded to your photobucket account. Once you have the image in your photobucket account, right click on the url address underneath your photograph. When you are posting here on DU, just paste that address in your message. When you post your message, the picture will show up! There are size limits on your free photobucket account: the picture file can't be over 1MB I think. There's a section to read about all that.
