I've been meaning to drop you a line.

Congrats on the new job. You may be the only truck driver in America who's getting paid what he's worth. Was very impressed, to say the least.

Me, I just got a ticket for blowing past a weigh station while bobtailing. I should have realized my government would be that stupid as to require a loadless tractor to weigh. Groan, now I'll never get a better job.

5. Give it some time, man

Most companies will forgive that one ticket. As long as you don't have more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years you are cool just about where ever you want to go. The longer you go the easier it gets, but remember that it will probably never be easy.
