1. Welllll, my dear Bucky.....
My parents were newlyweds, they loved each other, and they had a small bed!

And they wanted to have a baby!

I was a bit of a disappointment though......

I was supposed to be a boy.....

And I arrived a month early, complete with a small amount of brain damage.

It has taken me a long time to get over those hurdles.

:hi:

2. How could they be disappointed in YOU?
But congratulations on those hurdles. And on not being a boy, as that would make me feel awkward about flirting with you.

And they have always loved me.....

So, a lot of early problems have been fixed......

Flirt away, sweetie! It is sooo much fun!

3. So my parents would be allowed to marry.
She is Jewish. He's Catholic. There was no way the families would let them get married unless she was Pregnant. So there's me and my twin brother.

The marriage only lasted 14 years. We have lasted twice that long so far. :)

4. Considering that my birthday is 9 months, -to the day, - after Dad's
I suspect I was a bit of Birthday Nookie. :hi:

In all seriousness, my parents were both devout Catholics who considered having children a sacred obligation (and who loved each other deeply, so that obligation was a bonus). My 4 elder siblings are all boys and they were hoping this time for a girl. They actually felt pretty happy about having a little girl when I came along. My brothers assure me I had Dad wrapped 'round my little finger 10 minutes after I was born.
