Those guys look amazingly fit and healthy. Good for them.
I saw one in the CITY the other day, he looked a bit wearworn and confused, might be the human garbage diet.

But those are probably some good healthy adirondack bears. Actually I'm pretty sure its photoshopped(the sign) so who knows where they're from. I'm not going up to them to ask ;-)

they look like Brown Bears, IE western Grizzlies.

The scale of oneof them on the road doesn't seem right. Ok, so I've posted a fraudulant picture I'm sorry. It's still cute. ;)

as a northern NYer (who travels to and through the Massena area at least once a week).... that's probably not taken in northern NY for 3 reasons... in all my travels around the Massena area looking at houses I've never run into a place called "End of Earth" up here (it does occasionally feel that way sometimes however ;) )... we have black bears and those don't look like the black bears I've seen growing up and camping up here and finally... trust me when I say that we have more then enough annoying human border patrol folks with their "check points" set up here and there.

That said though... it still made me smile so thanks for posting it. B-)
