I'm not sure I can forgive DU this time
For giving me a horrid earworm!! I can't stop the song "I want to love you tender!!" All from that damn thread about the worst video ever!

Question: If I drill a hole in my eardrum, will I quit hearing it, or is it ingrained in the auditory section of my brain where I can't get it out?

1. I don't believe this, but I was just humming that nasty tune this morning
as I was in the shower....I'll never look at anything Finnish quite the same way again

3. I fell asleep with that noise in my head.
I'm sure it's contributed to my little meltdown today!

5. That's interesting
Because I woke up with a minor version of the same thing you talked about in the other thread, and with those darned lyrics running through my brain! Maybe it's the song.

9. Admit that the remake is hilarious, especially
the outtakes at the end.

"Oh, you're ABSOLUTELY FINE..."

8. Bring back the original Worst Video thread...
Edited on Sun Jun-11-06 11:14 AM by txwhitedove
I stayed up all night watching those cause it was the funniest
stuff ever! Did you catch the 'Grease' connection the way the
girl was dressed like Sandy and the guy more like John Revolta
in Sat Night Fever, but at the last they took off into space
in a car like Grease.

11. John Revolta?
Did I miss the memo? Is he the new object of DU's Two Minute Hate? Sad.

Yes, I thought of Grease when I saw the video.

13. My story is that The Clash's version of "Police On My Back" will defeat
any earworm, and I'm sticking to it. Of course, if you don't like The Clash, you're screwed.:P
