FuckWit Al Micheals just compared the Iranian World Cup team to Nazis.
Why the fuck do we have to put up with that disgusting gasbag?

Judging by his boring, mono-tone delivery, I'd say Al has issues after been dumped from American Football.

Now we have to suffer through his shit-talking about teams from countries that he doesn't "approve" of.

Of course, Iran is playing Mexico right now. For a well known Repuke such as Micheals...this must be hell indeed! Who to hate more? The Mexican or the Iranians?

1. ITA, Michaels is such an amadan....
Did you catch his little rant right before half-time re: Iran v. US in 1998. He just had to mention the fact that when the Iranians beat the US, the citizens of Tehran were out celebrating in the streets..

Ummm, Al don't US citizens celebrate in the streets of their cities when their teams win a "World Series", NBA Finals, Stanley Cups, etc...

Another thing Al, practically every country on the planet is soccer/football mad, it's just Americans that don't get the "beautiful game".

Now that Mexico is leading 3-1, I wonder will Al start ranting about "illegal immigrants"....

5. Well so much for no racism at the WC. Recall Brian Willams & 2006 Olympic
opening ceremonies. He was saying things about Iran too as their winter Olympic team entered the stadium. When it comes to sports and saying something about a country, remember what ur mama told you: if you can't say anything good don't say anything at all.

His implication was crystal clear. The Iranian team sympathizes with Nazi Germany by virtue of their "national leader's" support of the Holocaust deniers.

It was pathetic and sickening.

Could have meant a couple of things. But I didn't hear it, it may have been more clear when he said it.

That's odd to me. Al Michaels has always been one of the best sportscasters. Sad that he'd stoop to sullying his reputation like that, if that's what he meant.
