I swear I'm bad luck for the Reds

I turned on the Reds/Cubs game while it was in the bottom of the 4th inning to see a 0-0 pitchers' duel. The Reds went down easy in the bottom of the 4th then the Cubs came up to bat. They put up a 2 spot in the top of the 5th. This happens quite a bit with me. I think the reason the Reds are doing as well as they have been this year is that I have not been following the team too closely.

Have you got any teams that you want to see lose? I'll root for them for $20 a game. Maybe I should go on Ebay.

On edit: I stopped watching the game to write this post and while I was doing that Ross cranked one out of the park for the Reds in the bottom of the 5th. Case closed.

I just went with quick and easy and got KFC. Maybe I will head out to Red Lobster tonight. It's been a while since I've had a nice dinner.

I'm a Seattle Mariners man, I bleed blue dammit!!! And, in 2001, the Mariners tied, for the best record ever in baseball, they won 116 games...out of 162. And do you know, how many games I watched that year? I watched 30...and in every single one of them, they fucking lost...what are the odds of that? I swore to god, when I didn't watch, they would be sweeping, everyone! I check in, on a game, watch it, and they blow it...worst blown game, that pissed me off beyone belief, was their game against Cleveland....

I do believe Seattle was ahead by more than 10 damn runs....and Lou took out most of the heavy hitters in the 6th inning or so...and guess what the hell happens! The indians make a comeback, and win! I was so pissed...

So, I feel your pain...
