Is there a name for what happens to your taste buds when you eat too much

pineapple?

It's like they are supersaturated with pineapple and unable to taste anything else, burned out. Weird feeling.

I wonder if I could win the Nobel Prize in Medicine for discovering the basis of this phenomenon!:think:
