Bruises. Weird lingering bruises. OW and OMG (warning). Yours?

No photos. Just this. Does anyone remember me posting about a hideous bruise I got? See the original bruise thread, and more about the bruise from hell. These may not be for the faint of heart. They don't have photos but semi-lurid descriptions.

In the spot where I rec'd that injury, I now have (a) a purplish-red spot, quarter-sized, under which is (b) a very hard, somewhat painful-to-touch knot, and around which is (c) a soft, even mushy, and tender area, i'd say about as big around as maybe a silver dollar pancake. (can't think of anything else of similar size)

It weirds me out! :scared: Am I going to have this forever?

Got any weird bruises?

I still have 'em in my shins and forearms from practicing karate. They don't bother me, not visible, but I can still feel 'em.
