Safari is total Apple POS software and damn near unusable. For a while I was using it exclusively, and it was crashing like 4 times a day. Sometimes it wouldn't crash but would refuse to load any webpages, or you'd quit it and launch it again and it wouldn't load any sites or freeze up again the second you clicked a link.

Also, I always thought my DSL was slow until I switched to Camino (and sometimes Firefox), but now the internet is snappy again!

On the downside, I love how logical Safari looks and operates, and I'm so damn used to all of its little quirks and tricks and stuff. But the raw speed of Camino satisfies me.

It navigated slower, too.

I've been having some problems with Safari, though.
Now, I may check out Camino.

I've got Tiger OS, 10.4.6

I kind of forgot it was sitting there on my desktop, and so now I'm using it....

Basically, it's the same as IE, no? It seems to move a smidgeon faster, but that's it.

What's so great about it?

9. Security, really good pop-up blocking, tabbed browsing, native png support

Better support for web coding standards, among other things. IE7 has finally gotten with the times and started getting in line with support stuff that Firefox and Opera have been doing fo years, but I doubt it'll be quite to the point to which other browsers have come.
