I have a friend in MA and we play a few games together, Alpha Centuari/Alien Crossfire, Diablo II, Rise of Nations and recently Rise of Legends.

4. I used to play Star Wars Galaxies
Unfortunately, Sony Online Entertainment pretty much castrated the game twice inside 6 months.

The first "enhancements" I got used to and, whilst it wasn't as good as the pre "upgrade" days, it was still very playable.

The second revamp just killed the game for me & many many others (there were suggestions that SOE had lost over 60% of the game's subscribers thanks to the "New Game Experience") and turned a complex, enjoyable game into a pile of steaming crap.

I'm waiting for Lord of the Rings Online right now since it looks like it will be a very good game.
