I'm enjoying my day! It is almost summer and it is a beautiful day here in Georgia and life is good! :)

It is a beautiful sunny day here in Georgia! My co-workers and I are going to have cheesecake after lunch. (We always have cake or pie for birthdays at the office. The birthday person gets to choose what kind of cake or pie.)

After work, I'll go and take care of my filly Cotton and then Mr. CB and I are going to have a nice dinner together at home. It is a good day! :)

Actually, I'm at work today. I'll have to wait until after work, a baord meeting and horse feeding to have a nice glass of wine or a Samuel Smiths beer.

I hope that you are having a great day in NYC! I absolutely love visitng there! My good friend used to live in the Village at St. Marks and 2nd Avenue. I've spent time in Brooklyn as well. (I was dating a Grenadian guy at the time and we stayed with his sister in a Carribean neighborhood near Crown Heights. It was quite a cultural experience for this WASPy Southern girl!)

used to be quite the cultural experience. I hope you had a blast.

It's a lot more tame now. :(

But the restaurants in the area make up for it. Come visit some time!

10. I'd love to visit sometime! I was last there in the mid 1990s.

Mr. CB has never been there. He's an artist and wants to go to the art museums! I have some friends who recently moved to Brooklyn form Manhatten. They said that we could stay with them.

I went to a great Indian restaurant there in the village. Best Indian food I've ever had. There were four Indian restaurants right together! Each one had someone out front beckoning passerbys to come in!
