In your opinion, the best Star Trek actor
IMO, George Takei. (Sulu)

He made Bill Shatner look like a rank amateur.

3. Patrick Stewart, if you are meaning regular cast members.
He's a real actor's actor.

But there were also some guest stars who did fucking phenomenal jobs on the show they appeared on: think Jean Simmons, Joan Collins, Paul Winfield, David Warner, Vincent Schiavelli. David Ogden Stiers, and some others.

He's a really nice guy.

I even photo-doubled for him in one scene, which is amazing as I'm about half a foot taller than he is, and not Asian.

He is like Mark Hammill in the sense that he was beset with hardcore fans the whole time he was on set, but he never, ever ignored anyone. He was signing stuff, telling Star Trek annecdotes, and at least appearing to take an interest in what people had to say to him, all day long.

He and Hammill could write a book on remembering who butters their bread.

followed by Patrick Stewart. However, I have to give special kudos to Terry Farrell for the ability to have multiple personalities through Dax. Some of those were very enjoyable, because she was able to set her posture and demeanor through whether she was a he or a she in that past identity. Of course, I especially like Curzon.

Holy shit, it's been several years and I'm still laughing. I think the funniest thing he did was an impression of Quark as Henry V. Shakespeare from a Ferengi...
