2. indian lake is a scene you should make with your little ones

You take a bus marked "Lakewood Drive"
And you keep on ridin' 'til you're out of the city.
Where the air is fine with the sweet smell of pine
And the countryside's pretty
And you'll see daffodils, peepin' over the hill
or a honey-lovin' mama bear
Just take a left at the bridge, go down to Quakertown Ridge
And in a minute you're there
di din din din din din di din din din din din
di din din din din din di din din din din din
Indian Lake is a scene you should make with your little one
Keep it in mind if you're lookin' to find
A place in the summer sun
You can swim in the cove, have a snack in the grove
or you can rent a canoe
At Indian Lake you'll be able to make the way the Indians do
Daoop bop bop daoop bop bop daoop bop bop daoop bop bop daoop bop bop
daoop bop bop daoop
bop bop daoop bop bop
Da din din di di di da din din di di di da din din di di di da din din

The TRUE Partridge Family.

5. Isn't "I love a flower girl" playing in a new commercial?
That might be the song I'm thinking of.

8. "The Rain, The Park and Other Things" is the title. Yes, I believe
that it is being used in a car commercial fairly chopped up and it might not be the original version.

11. It was Billy. He died on the day of Barry's memorial.
Bob still plays out regularly in LA.

13. Bob's twin
I remember Bob had a twin brother (Dick) who was serving in Viet Nam when they hit it big.

I wonder what Paul and John are doing. Are they still involved with music?

15. Paul is ranching in Oregon. John tours with the
"Beach Boys Band" - you know, Mike Love and that crew. He's married to Vicky Peterson from the Bangles.

Susan has a new CD and a successful touring band. She has played SXSW in Austin for the past couple of years.

I know this from being at http://www.cowsill.com .

12. first record i ever bought was the cowsills
they're underrated! i like "indian lake," and "we can fly" is good also.

they had several songs which were socially conscious - like "newspaper blanket"

14. Other than a few songs, I'm not all that familiar with The Cowsills
As a survivor of Catholic school, I just want to thank you for running over nuns.
