OK, time for your favorite summer recipes!
I'd share mine, if I were much of a cook... ;-) So instead, I'm asking you for yours so I can try 'em out in the next few months.

Pretty please?

1. It's always PASTA, isn't it?
Boil up the required amount of pasta for your dinner pals. Spaghetti is perfectly fine, alternative pastas are excellent.

Find some lovely, meaty tomatoes, 1 large 1 for every 2 persons eating. Dice them up and toss in a wide, flat bowl;

Finely chop 1 clove of fresh garlic per person.

Handfuls of fresh basil, chopped about the size of the tomatoes. (1/2 inch dice or smaller)

Sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped. 1 per person.

1/2 cup of olive oil for every two persons.

Toss in some handfuls of fresh grated parmesan. And gently mix all the ingredients and let stand while the pasta finishes boiling.

You can scoop your pasta directly from the pot into the bowl, and carefully bring the ingredients from the bottom to coat the pasta.

Heap into bowls and serve with chilled rose wine and fresh bread.

Yum MAY!

3. Another kick...
Another kick 'cause I'd love to see some seasonal & contemporary recipes. I'm not a great cook, but I'm slowly starting to pick up on it and have recently begun... "experimental" works on/in the oven.

C'mon, people! Blow my mind so I can impress friends and family (hey, it's all about me, y'know?)
