There seems to be some kind of a pattern.

The sweat evaporates as soon as it appears.

Now the Gulf Coast, there's your sweat-towns - especially my current residence.

Ok, If Austin is 7th and Dallas is 4th, why would Waco (located between Austin and Dallas) be 10th?
