Although it LOOKS very wet and liquid, it doesn't actually

9. it doesn't take 29 days to set up enough to be solid.

overnight will generally do.

i used to do A LOT of concrete work.

3. Reduce the water, and pour the stiffer mix on slopes up to 2:1

I've built a few bridges and some required concrete slope protection underneath the spans. No biggy. ha
