Poll question: What should I do for a cardio workout today?
My doc says not to jog two days in a row, so a jog is out. I didn't bring a swim suit, so that's out too.

15. I'll bet it is
I don't mind chasing them, but I don't actually have to get them to listen to me do I?

I'm not very good at that... well, I was when my kid was smaller, now he thinks he's entitled to a mind of his own. What's up w/ dat?

2. Take the dog for a walk?
That is if you have a dog and if it's not hot as hell like it is here in Florida. My outside thermostat currently reads 92 deg. F

11. What is a good thing to do when it's just too freakin' hot to go outside?
I usually walk at least a mile, and sometimes two or three, but it's been sweltering here for the last three days and I haven't been out at all.
