Died on Tuesday from an aggressive infection.

Edit: Just heard on MSNBC.

Wonder if his heirs continue the lawsuit? If not, Anna Nicole Smith just became one of the richest women in the world.

But, who knows? They've managed to keep his death a secret since Tuesday. They wait until almost 9pm EST on Friday to release the news.

9. hatred or dislike of Anna Nicole is the only reason i can see

considering he had so much already and the age he was at. it's not like it would have made any difference in his lifestyle other than having the satisfaction of not allowing Anna to have anything.

you have to wonder about the type of life he was living to put so much into this.
