Gosh, it's toasty in BC this week
It got up to 33C in Vancouver today. Luckily, the humidity was only 69%. I hope I can sleep tonight.

10. Not wimpy -- just not acclimated to hotter temps.
I lived in Texas for a year, and it was mighty hot in the summer. When I came back to the West Coast, I wore a light sweater in 80 degree weather, while everyone around me was nearly nekkid. But it's been a long time since I lived in Texas, so I've lost my heat tolerance, I guess.

19. Hot on the Island, too, but I'll take it over any winter any day.
The only downside is the days are getting shorter.
