I'm just sittin here...staring at my Superman Returns early preview ticket, and I realized, its less than 24hrs before I get to see the movie. I will probably fit this stub alongside my metallica concert stub....

1. Have fun!
I have to admit that I don't think the trailer that I saw on TV was all that mind-blowin. It just didn't wow me.

But I am sure it will be pretty decent.

2. hmmm
depends on what trailer....there are three full trailers, a teaser, and two theatrical trailers...plus...hmm, at least 18 or so different tv spots...:) But, to each their own, I have been waiting for this movie for a long time...the only thing that can beat my excitement over this, is bush getting impeached, or him going to jail....;)

Ebert didn't like the movie...

http://rogerebert.suntimes.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20060626/REVIEWS/60606009/1023

But he gave three stars, and rave reviews to Garfield I, and II, and the Fast and the Furious Tokyo Drift...

on edit:he also gave good reviews to the honeymooners remake also...

a review, from people who know more about superman, that what is seen in Superman The Movie...Ebert says, in his review, that only kryptonite can hurt the man of steel, and he is "very" wrong on that...

7. No way...:)
I scared the people at the movie house this past weekend, when I got my tickets, because they had a HUGE superman returns banner hanging in their lobby. I asked...

"so, will you guys "try" and chase me down, if i steal this?"

The two attendants laugh, they both look like they are 16, i'm 29, and they say "yes"...

I say...

"There are only two of you, and what army do you have on reserve to stop me?"

At this time, the kids actually looked scared, and I smile, and laugh it off, and say I was kiddin...:) The kids looked relieved...which opens another thought...what have this kids seen at their job, which would make them "that" scared of customers? Do movie house attendants, have any horror stories? Their reactio to my "humor" took me by surprise...
