I've only seen you use the power of the snark when necessary.

Most of the time I am very careful about how I word things on the message boards, so's not to be misunderstood.

Of course, in real life, I have a mother with no sense of sarcasm at all. I have no idea how that happened, because she's lived in the NYC/NJ area her whole life.

This isn't really sarcasm, but this is an example of a conversation we once had...
(After our German Shepherd just ferociously lunged at me, as I ran down the stairs)
Me: Yeah, so Cheyenne came around the corner and tried to attack me. So I just grabbed her by the neck and lunged back at her. I got her pinned and kept her there saying, "Do you know who I am?" as I shook her.
Mom: (very serious) What did she say?
Sister: Mom, she's a dog. She didn't say anything.
Mom: Oh yeah...

For the record, the dog never lunged at anyone running down the stairs again.
