Help! I'm trying to remember a book title.
It's a recent science fiction book describing the consequences when a US President denies the existence of global warming. The plot revolves around massive flooding in Washington DC following torrential rains in Maryland and Pennsylvania followed by a storm that enters the Chesapeake Bay. The sequel describes the horrendous winter that follows when the Gulf Stream shuts down due to the dilution of Arctic sea water by melting glaciers.
