find yourself a place of peace in your mind. Think of nothing except envisioning yourself surrounded by white light. Let this play out in your minds eye. Breathe deeply. In through your nose and out through your mouth. Feel the waves of energy this creates on your skin and in your blood. Imagine yourself cleansed by the white light. Feel it pass through you. Say a prayer to whoever you call your Gods asking their protection. Believe in it. Project part of your essence into the prayer. Lords and ladies any other tips?
