New Sam Bush record!

Yeah yeah yeah, hello archives. But I'm excited anyway. Gf may be less so, as it's her birthday tomorrow, but I bought me a CD, but I got her a stuffed animal and an adapter to let her play with my notebook computer on long road trips. (And isn't it fortuitous for "no sex threads" purposes that they call them notebooks these days instead of laptops?:hide:)

Regardless, sounds great. First song is a duet with Emmylou. Bass player Byron House can slap it like the late Roy Huskey, Jr, though he plays electric on nearly all tracks. For those who don't know, Sam has been a mover in the Telluride Festival for years, before that a founding member of New Grass Revival and led Emmylou's Nash Ramblers for years. He's mainly a murderous mandolin player.

That guy is a killer mando player. I've seen him on pbs before.
