wolf blitz- Which Lord of the Rings character does he remind you of?

wolf blitz- Which Lord of the Rings character does he remind you of?
his growing (rapidly) forehead and new hair style makes him look like a cartoon or movie figure. And why is he standing up? Is he so short that he has to compensate?
The only thing I like about the current format is that others do the talking; he merely conducts like a tonedeaf whorechestra leader.
