Do y'all know of Ken Nordine? I rediscovered him last evening, finding some very cool little videos of this famous voice. I think some Loungers may dig this.

Interesting though, I often catch a little Ken Nordine very early in the morning on a jazz station while I am half sleep. He visits my dreams, mostly good, but sometimes oddly disturbing because the dreams often morph into a film noir mosaic of, well, something that's had to describe...

5. Way cool, huh?

A few years ago while I was in Taos NM, a musician friend lent me a CD called Incredibly Strange Music which had a few tracks from Nordine's "Colors" record. I loved them, but forgot to note who was involved.

By happenstance, a few nights ago I rediscovered the name Ken Nordine and did an all-out search...there's lots to be found out there. I downloaded a buncha audio tracks, and foresee a lot of giggles on my future commutes to work.

Glad you enjoy...I thought this might tickle some of you.
