To keep the equilibrium: What's the BEST present you get to look forward to this year?

My class ring counted for about 95% of my birthday AND Christmas hauls, but I'm still DEFINITELY (or heads will roll :grr: :P) getting SD albums up the wazoo--Pretzel Logic and Katy Lied are next up. I have a Borders gift card already as a present from the orthodontist as a "Congratulations!" for getting my braces off last month, so that will be enough ($15) for a third album.

Yeah, I'm pathetic. Last year it was a spinet piano. :P

1. Christmas with Mrs R, the boys, and the new pup. It's all I need.
I've laid by an extra supply of Vicodin to make sure nothing ruins it.

4. Come on over! We have plenty of room, and Mrs R loves to cook for a crowd.

9. Well, supposedly my brother and SIL have me taken care of.
My mom still doesn't know what to get me, which is ok because I don't know what to get her either.

17. I've been using this horrid, ancient 15" (13" viewable) CRT monitor for two years...
I never bothered to get a new monitor when I built my computer. Horrible idea, haha, especially for someone who does graphic design and digital art. But at least waiting results in me getting a pretty big monitor.

11. Digital Camera.
I know I'm getting that. I saw a memory card in my mom's closet.

Stocking suffers are always good. My mom always gets me really cool and interesting candy (haha).

And of course, clothes. My mom already got me some True Religion Jeans from Ebay, so maybe she'll get me some Sevens. Or something from Urban Outfitters, my favorite store.

20. It's okay. I like getting Itunes gift cards?
Does that count as music to you? :P

If they're cute clothes, I don't mind. But if they're ugly, like mom jeans, then no.

After being laid off by an incompetent boss that feared being exposed, I now have a new job with a company that recognizes talent.

The beauty is that it didn't take long to find a new job.

I know my own worth and, obviously, others did too.
