21. Try the Outer Banks
No official nudist resorts there but there are plenty of beach areas that are clothing optional. It's also supposed to be a great place for anatuer astronomy since there isn't much light pollution

25. That's does sound fun...and doable
There are firing ranges where you can rent machine guns. I don't know if they would let you bring a bunch of glass bottles though but it's worth asking.

26. I've heard some will let you bring just about anything to shoot at
people will bring in pictures of ex-wives, old cars, junk they dont want. As long as its relatively safe to shoot at, they let you have at it.

Most involve being on stage.

The one that's most feasible is to get some other Pythonites and do a "Night of the Python" at the local old-style theatre — a couple of hours of Python bits, like one of their stage shows. The money could go to some charity or cause.

Others are guest shots with the likes of George Thorogood or Santana, and playing Dr. Frank N. Furter.

My dreams sustain me.

11. Drive a steam locomotive
I have an idea what it entails as I understand the mechanics of the boiler, but I'd love to get up in the cab and start pulling levers to put it in motion and blow the whistle. Power. If I couldn't do that, I'd settle for operating a steam roller (they have whistles, too), but I suspect there are very few remaining. Same goes for steam shovels.

I would have some adhesive stickers made. They would be the letters "D" and "B" in a very specific style. I would use them to replace the "H" and the second "M" on the spare tire cover of every Hummer I see.

But since I'm not a vandal it will have to remain something I only "long" to do. (sigh)

You know, riding a motorcycle across the desert at 100mph++ at night, playing with explosives, yep, got those kinds of things out of my system as a young man.

I did go cliff diving this summer, but then, so did my wife and kids.

I would love to write a movie script, and have somebody else make it. Unfortunately it would be the sort of movie that left people scratching their heads and saying "Well, that was strange. I wonder what it was about?"

It's not the same riding someone else's. I like to be able to look out the window and see my horse out in the pasture. Or just to sit on a rock reading while he grazes nearby. I miss that.

I never have anything to add to these "secret desire" type threads unless I'm trying to make a joke. :) Which I'm not now.

I have a lot of activities I'd love to do that I'm not likely to get to but they're not secret.

Thru-hike the Appalachian Trail.

Go to Antarctica

Be a space tourist.

See Denali, Himalayas

Start a charity to get kids out into the wilds

But none of this is secret.

Just like the TV Shows, movies etc... I tell everyone what I watch now-a-days anyway, I guess there was a time I kept the fact that I watched some cartoon shows (Exo-squad) secret :)
